Hi, I’m Kayley Szondy.

I have been a dietitian for over 13 years, working with people all over the world. In that time, I have really had that opportunity to listen to what my clients really want.

We live in a time where there is a constant search for the next best thing to aid in reaching our health and wellness goals. I want to help you get off the diet culture hamster wheel, find a plan that truly works, and is sustainable long term.

My goal is to help improve your relationship with food, throw out the all or nothing and good food vs bad food mentality. I want to you be able to eat what you love, enjoy meals and feel comfortable, confident and healthy.

My Approach

My food philosophy is that all foods fit. I want to help you get in touch with your true hunger and fullness cues. Using intuitive eating, I hope to help you reach your personal health goals in a sustainable way that doesn’t feel like a lot of work.
